V.) Distribution of the Product/Service
1.) For a Zora video or Zora pictures to be taken for a client, an employee or member must be on site in order to shoot the footage, whether from an on ground camera or from a drone. Therefore, because Zora is based in Nicholasville, Kentucky, orders from clients for service from Zora is limited to about 40 miles from the center of Lexington.
2.) However, stock footage can be distributed from practically anywhere on earth where there is demand, because all stock footage is accessible from the Zora website at zora-video.weebly.com.
3.) Once footage is edited, whether it be pictures, video, etc, the final product will be posted on the Zora website and the link to the product will be distributed to the client. This allows the client to always have access to the product and/or publish the link on another website if he/she desires others to view the final product.
VI.) Ensured quality in regards to the product
1.) Here at Zora, we want to assure our customers that the product we distribute is the best that it can possibly be. We want to ensure that our clients will be very satisfied with the final product created by Zora. In order to do this, all products must pass a mandatory inspection and pass certain requirements before being distributed.
2.) All products at Zora must pass certain regulations before being published on the site and to the client. The product must pass the inspection of two Zora board members and/or the Chief Executive Officer. In this inspection, the board members and the CEO must look at a variety of components within the product. The product must look professional in sound quality and camera positioning for a video product. The product must have a quality of at least 4K (ultra HD) before being distributed. The product must include and meet all the instructions and demands of the client to whom the link will be distributed. Finally, the product must look extremely appealing to people of all personality types. If the product passes these inspections, in order to test the quality of the product, the product must pass the inspection of two non-members of Zora and must be approved before publication. If the product passes these inspections perfectly, it will then be deemed ready for publication to the Zora website and the link to the client.
VII.) Plans for manufacturing the product
1.) All manufacturing of the product will be done by software at Zora headquarters. The initial software includes Premier Pro donated by Rogue Venture Productions and multiple computers from Centerfield Farms.
2.) The manufacturing of the Zora products include uploading footage, rearranging footage, color correcting, adding music, adding saturation, brightness, contrast, etc, adding text and symbols, and finally uploading to the Zora website and sending the link to the client.
